Online Orders - Clearance, Babywear

There are no minimum ordr values (MOV) for orders placed online in Clearance or in Babywear. You are welcome to order as much or as little as you wish.

If you are a retailer placing an order online in clearance, please ensure you have an account with us online before placing your order, or call our Head Office to simplay place your order 03 9402 1221.

Wholesale Orders
MOV - $500 for first orders, thereafter NO MOV.
Official Purchase order via phone, fax or email will be required on company stationary, signed and dated by buyer / purchaser.

Delivery
FIS for all orders over $1000 to Melbourne metropolitan areas. The freight of orders to metropolitan areas of Melbourne (below $1000), Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide are charged either the actual freight cost by carrier or 13% of the total value of the invoice, whichever is the lesser amount.  Orders under $500 and Goods sold at clearance will be charged the cost freight. Orders are shipped nationally between 1-3 business days from receipt of payment for first orders. Pending stock availability and delivery location. In some cases we can accept COD.

Prices
All prices shown (to account holders only) on this website exclude GST, and are valid at time of upload. Prices charged will be those ruling at the time of the invoice/pricelist and are subject to change without notice.Payment - Wholesale accounts

Payment - Online Orders

1. Credit card - via PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay be credit card only an email address.

2. Direct Debit - Details are provided upon checkout. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of funds.

Payment - Wholesale accounts

New account - Applications for new accounts with JCNR will be on a pro forma basis and payment will be required by credit card, cheque or direct debit at time of confirming your order. Applications must be completed in full and signed where indicated. Existing accounts - Payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to charge 3% interest per month on all accounts exceeding 30 days. Credit card will incur 1.5% surcharge. Payment options are:

1. Credit card - via phone. 

2. Direct Debit or

3. Cheque - Made out to JCNR Co Pty Ltd

If payment is not received within our trading terms, your organisation will be liable for fees relating to debt recovery and legal action.

Clearance stock
All orders will receive the discount that has been applied to the clearance product only. No exchanges accepted unless faulty.

Claims
All claims must be within 7 (seven) days of the invoice and must quote the invoice number. Please address all claims to service@jolehome.com.au

Title
All goods remain the property of and retain legal title to JCNR Co Pty Ltd until the purchase price of the goods have been paid for in full by the purchaser.

If payment is not received within our trading terms, your organisation will be liable for fees relating to debt recovery and legal action.

Specifications and descriptions of products in this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a generaldescription of the products. Furthermore,  the colour reproduction of the product is a close representation, and is as accurate as the browser software or computer system used can show. Items in this website are not shown to scale.

Data Protection
Information provided by you will be processed by Jole' Home or JCNR Co Pty Ltd, and used to provide you with the ordered products, for billing and accounts purposes and to keep records of the transaction. We do not forward your details onto any third parties.

We do reserve the right to adjust any terms and conditions without notice if necessary.
